Hire FAQ’s

We have a 2 night minimum hire period. You are welcome to hire your tent for one night only, however our pricing remains the same.

Midweek hire £200 [2 nights]

Weekend hire £250 [3 nights hire]

Your bell tent hire starts at 2pm on the day we deliver and ends at 2pm on the day we collect the tent, unless otherwise agreed.

Picnic Set up
Our luxury picnic package makes a great addition to our bell tent package.  Our handcrafted low level picnic tables seat 6 adults/ 8 children comfortably.  Set up on outdoor rugs with an array of cushions are perfect for informal gatherings.

As a general rule, our 5m bell tents sleep a family of 3-6 comfortably [a double mattress and up to 4 single mattresses] or 6 [at a push 8] smaller mattresses for a cosy sleepover.

Unfortunately not, our booking season runs from April – September.  We want our campers to be as comfortable as possible, the tents do not have heaters and the bedding provided is suitable for summer months.  We also take great care of tents so they look great for every booking so they get tucked up for hibernation every winter.

Absolutely yes. Our canvas tents have been treated and also come with zipped in ground sheets. There are also windows in the tents, it’s important to fully zip them up in the event of bad weather.

To pitch our tents in your garden we need a flat, grassy area at least 7㎡ away from overhanging trees, buried cables drain covers.

Yes, hygiene is very important to us. After every booking all bedding and cushion covers are laundered with non-bio washing products.  Mattresses and pillows and cushions are disinfected and spot cleaned after every single use, meaning every set up is fresh and clean for your party goers.

No, we are very sorry but we do not allow any pets in our tents.

For all bookings within 10 miles of HU15 2AS, delivery is included in the price.  Beyond this 10 mile radius, there is a charge of 50p per mile on delivery and collection.

A security deposit, often called a damage waiver, is a refundable deposit you pay in case you damage the tent or any of the equipment. It’s very rare for our tents and stock to be damaged, but it does occasionally happen. This is to be paid alongside the final balance 14 days before your booking.

Typically, your security deposit is returned within 48 hours of us collecting the tents. If the tent or stock is found to be damaged on collection, we will email you immediately. This is done by email because it’s important to have a written record.
