All our products are shipped via Royal Mail, and in most cases same day but please allow 2-3 working days from order placement. To keep our postal prices low we do not send any send our parcels tracked, however if you would like this option please send us an email.
You will receive a dispatch notification on the day of dispatch.
Please allow 7 working days from dispatch for your order, if you haven’t received your item within this time email us firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective or damaged, we cannot accept returns on ‘personalised’ or ‘bespoke’ items, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input/personalisation details and dates. Please check all details you input carefully. Please refer to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 – Exceptions to the right to cancel.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out the new size/colour.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
